Week 17 In Israel: Finishing Chanukah by bringing in all the light 🕎🔥🕯️, Watching my first movie ever in another country 🎥🍿 (Avatar 3 @ Cinema City Jerusalem), Becoming a shepherd & riding a donkey in Kfar Kedem 🐐🐑, Farming like our Jewish ancestors 🚜🌾🧑‍🌾, Making fresh pita from scratch 🫓🌾, Living on a kibbutz 🌱, Our Bus Getting stranded in the middle of a farm 🚌🌾😅, Supporting our elderly veterans 🇮🇱💙❤️, A powerful Shabbaton in Ramat Beit Shemesh ✡️✨…and so much more! 

Kfar Kedem: In the verdant hills of the Galilee, overlooking Nazareth and ancient Sepphoris, Kfar Kedem brings Biblical history to life in vibrant way. During this experience we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the daily life of our ancestors in the Holy Land! We took a Journey through rolling hills as Abraham did, while engaging in traditional crafts - thresh grain, make cheese, spin wool, and press olive oil and wine. We also got to make fresh pita from scratch, milk a goat, and ride a donkey! On top of that, they also hooked us up with awesome Biblical attire! Allowing us to experience the customs and traditions that shaped our heritage.
