Week 13 In Israel:
🏞️🥾 Nachal Prat
I got to hike through Nahal Prat and this wasn’t just a hike… it was a hike through Jewish history! Nachal Prat is traditionally connected to the prophet Elijah, a place of wilderness, faith, and preparation. Walking through flowing water in the middle of the Judean Desert, knowing that prophets and Jews thousands of years ago walked these same paths, was absolutely breathtaking! Every step felt meaningful like being small inside something ancient and eternal. We dipped into the natural springs as a natural Mikveh, meditated by the lovely sound of the water stream, and hiked through the Desert! It was absolutely amazing!

There is nothing like walking through the Old City of Jerusalem…every stone tells a story, every corner feels alive with history.

One of the most powerful and uplifting Shabbos experiences I’ve ever had! Full of warmth, connection, singing, laughter, and depth. Truly something special ✡️🤍.

🕍✨ Havdalah at the Kotel
Ending Shabbos with Havdalah at the Western Wall was deeply emotional. Standing there as Shabbos faded out, surrounded by community, prayer, and holiness… a moment I’ll carry with me forever!
